Hello!

A : Hi , (Is it) Frst time here? / Have you been here before?

안녕하세요? 저희 병원 처음 이세요?

B : Yes, it’s my first time here.
네, 처음이에요.

A：Please, fill out this form.
이 접수증 좀 작성해 주세요.
Your name, mobile phone number, your date of birth, and address, here please.
성명, 휴대폰 번호, 생년월일, 그리고 주소를 여기 적어 주세요.

B : I’ve been here before.
전에 온 적 있어요.

 

 

A : Can I have your name please? / Your name please?
이름이 어떻게 되세요?
Come again, please? / Sorry? / Excuse me?
다시 한번 말씀해 주세요?
Are you here to see a doctor? or to get a shot?
진료를 받으러 오셨어요? 아니면 독감 예방 접종하러 오셨어요?
　　Are you here today for a vaccination?
예방접종받으러 오셨어요?

B : I am here for a vaccination.
백신 맞으러 왔습니다.

A : Have a seat over there, please. Your name will be on the screen.
저쪽에 앉아 기다리시겠어요. 이름이 화면에 뜰 겁니다.
When your doctor is ready, let me call your name.
차례가 되면 제가 당신의 이름을 부르겠습니다.
